Full-Time Dental Front Office / Orthodontic Patient Coordinator – Boutique Practice (Hillcrest) Our boutique patient-forward Orthodontic office is looking for a professional, experienced, and warm individual to join our orthodontic family!

Job Details:
Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 an hour
Job Type: Full-time
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (4-6 administrative hours)

Location: San Diego, CA 92103 (Hillcrest neighborhood)

Responsibilities:

Appointment scheduling.
Patient communication through phone, email, and our patient connection software (Sesame).
Plan and coordinate insurance benefits as well as appointments.
Work collaboratively with referring dental offices to create a seamless experience for patients - requesting x-rays etc.
Perform general office duties and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year dental or orthodontic office experience.
Proficiency with dental or orthodontic practice management software.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
